COVID-19 Clinic protocols
Please find below our pre-screening protocols for booking and attending an appointment as well as clinic protocols for safety and prevention of the spread of Covid-19.
If you have any questions, please call at any time and we can chat in more detail. Let’s all be patient with each other as we get used to this new way of doing things, and not let that little beast called fear get the best of us!

-
Please arrive at the time of you appointment. There are two chairs (six feet apart) in the waiting room if the practitioner is not yet ready. If you prefer to wait outside the practitioner will wave you in.
-
Please wear a mask to your appointment; home-made is fine.
-
The practitioner will greet you wearing a mask and with clean hands. After you enter the clinic please go straight to the washroom to wash your hands. Hand sanitizer is also available.
-
The clinic room will be thoroughly disinfected between treatments. This includes the table (sheet changed and table wiped down), the head rest (cover changed and head rest wiped down), the pillows (case changed and vinyl pillows wiped down). Any high touch surfaces like coat hooks and patient interview chair are wiped. Bathrooms will be cleaned at least twice a day and door handles and high touch surfaces are wiped down between every patient.
